The operational portal implements the public privacy layer of the SITANO Group policy. Third-party personal and proprietary data are non-monetizable without explicit authorization. Ecosystem data may be valorized only after classification, anonymization, certification and contractual safeguards.

Ecosystem Data

Data generated by SITANO-owned assets can become an intangible asset only after anonymization, safeguards and governance review.

MFA, RBAC, RS256/JWKS, secure cookies, account erasure workflows and audit logs support policy enforcement.
